Refund policy

At Doxie Moxie Club, every dachshund owner deserves to be happy with their order. If something’s not quite right, we’ll get your tail wagging again in no time! 🐾

We offer a free replacement or refund for:

* Incorrect items received
* Products that arrive damaged
* Products with printing or manufacturing defects

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right. Email us at support@doxiemoxieclub.com with your order number and a brief description of the problem—we’re all ears (the long, floppy kind)!

Please provide the following in your email:

* A clear photo of the entire item you received
* A photo showing the item’s size and brand tag
* A photo of the shipping label on the package
* A close-up photo clearly showing any damage or defect

Because every item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for ordering the wrong size or color, changing your mind, or entering an incorrect shipping address. Please review the product description and size chart carefully before placing your order.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow your bank or credit card company additional time to process and post the refund.
